Tasting notes
Solar, creamy and fresh. Its fine touches of fruit and floral notes give way to a sappy and sapid palate. It is a seductive wine with lovely bitterness which brings a nice tension to the palate. This wine is suitable for aging; it will express its mineral origins with age.
