Tasting notes
With fresh notes of peppermint, verbena, fruit (citron) and acacia flowers. It is a sunny wine with lots of freshness. It is structured by nice bitters (tannins) which give a certain sapidity with a nice richness. It has all the characteristics to become refined and more complex as it ages.
