Tasting notes

Its aromas of juniper, chamomile, gentian and anise are characteristic of this plot at the top of the hill, sloping and facing west. Its soil is a thin clay-limestone layer resting on rock. It is an elegant, straight and refined wine. Its complex and tasty palate perfectly illustrates this mineral and cold terroir, ending with a sublime length on the palate. A little shy in its youth, it is a wine for those who keep it, will allow it to assert its character.
